Peiner has produced and sold more than 75,000 models for the international market. Peiner's unique grabs can deal with a wide range of products and materials such as iron ores, cement, coke, fertilizers, refuse and scrap. SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years within the US market place. Various industries such as Waste to Energy, Scrap handling, Steel Mills, as well as many other material handling facilities including Bulk Transfer Facilities presently relying on our buckets and grabs to accomplish their jobs.



Peiner's design philosophy has continually revolved around the idea of making grabs that deal with the largest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Typically, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight versus 40 percent grab dead weight. This translates into transporting more quantities of supplies quicker. There is less wear and tear on the crane structure and its related parts. By combining manufacturing with high quality materials and innovative design, the desirable weight ratio is obtained.



In order to suit the specific needs of our customer's individual needs, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over 50 cubic yards. Peiner USA Inc. also offers a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the models purchased in the USA, as well as the addition of new buckets and grabs.
