Yale Propane Forklifts Arlington

The narrow aisle forklift has been manufactured to function in narrow storage spaces by increasing the ratio between the space and the width of the aisle. Yale makes the single reach NR and double reach NDR units that are used for aisle widths between eight and ten feet. The Yale Narrow Aisle trucks offer a Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment that has various control handle and stance configurations and apply best-in-class ergonomics.



NDR & NR Productivity Enhancements

Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment: To meet a wider variety of operations, there are numerous control handle configurations such as the aft stance, the choice of fore, and the side-stance options.



AC Motor Technology: This technology offers powerful acceleration and deceleration as well as fast lifting speeds. It has been made for quick plugging so as to facilitate more responsive directional changes that combine to increase the amount of loads moved in a shift.



Mast & Reach Assembly: The mast reach assembly consists of tapered roller and trunion mounting bearings. This increases the rigidity and durability of the mast; along with the reach assembly carriage that are reinforced for long life as well as the gusseted rear frame weldment.



Power Lowering: To greatly improve the overall throughput and production, Yale offers industry leading lowering speeds and uploading speeds.



Regenerative Lowering: Although regenerative lowering can lessen battery changes per shift it also functions to maintain a lower oil operating temperature.



Electronic Steering: The electronic steering eliminates the need for hydraulic pumps and therefore greatly reduces energy. The steering tiller is adjustable by the operator and the steer effort is actually technician adjustable so as to decrease operator exhaustion. In the start-up process, drive tire centers automatically start.



Order Selectors: Order pickers are also referred to as very narrow aisle trucks and the narrow aisle trucks. These machinery are designed for the manual handling of racked loads that are smaller than pallet size. These order selectors elevate both the operator and the cargo to its required height. This height can be over 30 feet. Similar with the majority of turret trucks they are normally guided by wire or rail when used in very narrow aisle applications.
